Friends, the global pharmaceutical market was valued at over USD 1.6 trillion in 2023 and is projected to grow significantly by 2032, driven by chronic diseases, aging populations, and technological advancements. Pharmaceutical innovations have significantly increased global life expectancy, accounting for a substantial portion of the gains, especially in treating chronic diseases like heart disease, cancers, diabetes etc. I, congratulate all the pharma aspirants for joining us to achieve our Vision to serve the Society and Profession. With the conferment of Autonomous Status, we are eager to serve our students with curriculum that is not only at par with global standards but also produces pharmacists as per the changing industrial demands. Experts from industry and elite pharm professionals are constantly involved in upgrading the syllabi, grooming the faculty and students. Often, Industrial visits are organized to acquaint the students with professional skills. By choosing pharma as your career option, you’ve unlocked the doors for plethora of new opportunities not only in the pharmaceutical industry but for societal needs. Our alumni are currently exploring the wide opportunities in various elite sectors such as Research & Development, Formulation Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control Chemist, Regulatory Affairs Specialist, Medical Sales Representative, Retail Pharmacist, Hospital Pharmacist. Moreover, the recent surge in Clinical research has boosted the career for young talent as Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Research Coordinator, Pharmacovigilance Specialist, or Medical Writer. I am happy to share that so far, the college has produced several Gold Medalist and Rankers at the University Level examinations. The college strives for the holistic development of students by conducting outreach and extracurricular events.
